Gilbert (Gil) is a Principal with the Firm, specializing in Taft-Hartley benefit fund issues.

He has 10 years of experience in working with clients to analyze, minimize and contest their exposure to ERISA claims relating to disputed contribution demands and withdrawal liability. Gil also routinely helps clients navigate complex ERISA issues related to fund compliance, audits, and minimizing/contesting pension fund withdrawal liability.
