Abigail Martone Williams
Abigail (Abby) Martone Williams is an associate focusing on labor and employment matters. Abby advises clients on a wide range of workplace issues and has experience representing employers through all stages of litigation.
Abby earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in Spanish, from Denison University. Her academic background cultivated both quantitative analysis and effective communication, as well as an appreciation for diverse perspectives. Abby was also a member and captain of the Denison field hockey team and developed strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills by fostering collaboration, motivating teammates, and leading by example both on and off the field. These skills continue to inform her work at Martone Legal, where she assists with labor and employment matters, legal research, and litigation support.
Professional Expertise and Experience:
Prior to joining Martone Legal, Abby worked at a national law firm, where she gained experience handling complex employment disputes and providing strategic counsel to clients across a variety of industries in multiple states. During her previous employment, Abby was a Group Winner of the 2025 Donald W. Rees National GRSM Oral Advocacy Competition.
During law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Abby participated in Moot Court and was a member of the Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Team, where she further developed her advocacy and litigation skills.
